What is the RAISE Center?
Through the Responsible AI and Information Science Enablement (RAISE) Center, we will equip physicians with data science skills to enhance patient care and will serve as the data science partner for Johns Hopkins clinical faculty. We envision data science and artificial intelligence seamlessly integrated into the fabric of the Department of Medicine (DOM), driving forward advancements in medical research, patient care, and education.
Our vision is to cultivate an unparalleled community of data science experts within the Department of Medicine, dedicated to pioneering research and innovative clinical applications. We have 9 core faculty, 80+ faculty across JHU, and 70 graduate students. We will identify informatics and data science faculty in each DOM division.
